Wanderline is an AI-native travel planner. Describe a trip in plain words — a city, some dates, a mood — and the agent builds the skeleton. It watches your inbox for confirmations, slots flights and hotels into the right day, and keeps your itinerary in one place.
Wanderline pairs a planning agent with a real itinerary. You write the way you'd talk. The agent shapes the skeleton, watches the right corners of your inbox, and keeps everything in one timeline.
“Two weeks in Japan, late October, food-first, light on shrines.” The agent builds the skeleton — cities, days, pacing — and asks follow-ups in the same tone you used.
Connect Gmail and Wanderline watches for booking confirmations — flights, hotels, trains, car rentals. Each one is parsed into a structured event and dropped onto the right day. You never copy- paste a confirmation number again.
“Move the museum to Thursday morning.” “Swap Tuesday's dinner for something walkable from the hotel.” The agent updates the timeline; you see the diff and confirm.
When you sign in, Wanderline requests a small, specific set of Google permissions. Here's exactly what each one is for and what we do with the data.
Used to create your account, show your name in the app, and send important emails (password-free magic links, trip reminders). Scopes: openid, email, profile.
Only used to detect booking confirmations from airlines, hotels, OTAs, and rail providers. We use Gmail search filters to narrow scope — we never request full inbox access, never read personal correspondence, never store message bodies, and never share content with third parties. Scope: gmail.readonly (limited use). You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
Wanderline shows up at the four points where doing it yourself is genuinely tedious: imagining the shape, comparing the modes, narrowing to a neighborhood, and keeping confirmations from scattering across your inbox.
Most planning tools give you everything — search bars, filters, infinite results — or they give you a chat box and call it intelligent. Wanderline picks the moments where doing it yourself is actually tedious, and quietly does the narrowing for you.
Wanderline is a small team building the planner we wished we had. We think a trip should feel like a line you're drawing — easy to extend, easy to redraw, easy to share with whoever is coming along.
